Job Description

We are looking for an Intern to support our Krakow Service Operations Team.

We would like to invite someone who would be able to commit at least 30 hours per week.

Hybrid working model, Krakow, Quattro Business Park

Responsibilities:

• Entering and updating of company service contracts in SAP

• Assisting in customer billing and preparing ad hoc SAP reports

• Making necessary changes in SAP equipment master record

• Working with Excel files to report work status and trends

• Working closely with other SSC teams and PKI departments

Role requirements:

• Very good command of English

• Understanding of invoice content and purchase orders

• Accurate and diligent at work, analysis skills, confident and willing to learn

• Autonomous and good team player
