The Position

As part of a Bachelor's thesis, this role supports the HR Strategy team with a focus on the strategic development of Skill and Talent Management. The project involves analysing existing competency structures and developing new approaches to foster employee potential, providing a foundation for sustainable personnel decisions and the strategic alignment of our People & Culture (P&C) initiatives.
