Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will gain valuable insights into the full spectrum of human resources activities. Your primary responsibilities will involve supporting recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development initiatives, and HR operations. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced HR professionals and contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, databases, and HR documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Support various HR initiatives, including policy updates, performance management processes, and employee wellness programs.

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Provide support to the recruitment team during the selection process.

  • Help prepare onboarding materials and assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

  • Assist with organizing employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback sessions.

  • Assist in improving HR processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

  • Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions, workshops, and development programs. Support in tracking employee participation and outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

  • Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and industry standards to support the HR team’s strategic objectives.

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and development programs.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A strong interest in building a career in HR.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

  • A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team’s success.
