Project Title:
Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) Action Auto Tracker 

Description:
Perform data automation to support on FMEA action.

Scope:

·       Data collection and analysis during review assessment

·       Data validation upon feedback from Engineering Team

·       Engage with different team to enable and setup dashboard

·       Running test run (UAT) after the setup

Supporting Team:

·       Operation Improvement (OI) Team

·       Engineering Team

·       QA Team

Deliverables:

·       100% data accuracy upon dashboard release.

·       Able to demonstrate automated FMEA data source

·       Able to understand and co-relate between data source with FMEA automate workflow performance

Stretch Goal:

·       Demonstrate ability to use computer-based programs and applications

·       Good in problem solving/troubleshooting and organizational skills

Requirement

·       6 months internship

·       Preferable Degree in any Engineering background
