What is this internship about?

To provide customer support by assisting with sales procedures across the Amer Sports Export Brand portfolio To track data in sales and provide reports. To partner with Commercial and Sales team and support the overall business objectives

Your main activities will include:

• Build strong relationships with the Export CMM, BDM, and CS teams to support business growth and service delivery. (1) Create Salomon line lists, including instructions and timelines; (2) Prepare supply analysis for CS to share with partners.
•  Collaborate with the CMM to develop and implement targeted sales strategies.
• Support the CMM in organizing distributor meetings and events.
• Monitor sales performance.
• Maintain export-related data and update databases and systems.
• Follow up on supply analysis, including consolidation and communication.
• Process and manage promotional orders for customers and employees.
• Support CS ASEX EMEA in managing warranty claims.
• Support CS and CMM with sample order management and call-offs.
• Liaise closely with the Credit, Supply, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure customer and distributor requirements are met and accounts are managed efficiently.
• Support the Export Sales Team and contribute to achieving shared business goals, including providing cover for team members during holidays or absences.
• Assist with market research by analyzing global markets to identify opportunities and challenges in the export of sporting goods.To participate in special projects and initiatives related to export strategies and process improvements

• Profile: Would be great if you have 2-3 years' experience within sales of CS or similar role.  You are organized, good communicator, problem solver, adaptable, reliable and has solution driven mindset.
• Education:  High school degree; working toward a Bachelor/master’s degree is a plus (or equivalent).
• Languages: English mandatory, other language a plus (e.g. Turkish/French)
