Position Role Type:

Responsibilities

  • Support Digital Transformation team in execution of Industry 4.0 and AI-related projects.
  • Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards, translating business needs into data models and insights.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) processes and support digital and AI-related initiatives, including automation and analytics platforms.
  • Assist with testing, deployment, user adoption, and the creation of documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Identify and recommend improvements for dashboards, processes, and reporting frameworks to enhance usability, performance, and automation.
  • Support CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) team in execution of process improvement projects, development of Community of Practice and consolidation of best practices.
  • Support project planning, coordination, and tracking across multiple critical projects by maintaining schedules, action trackers, meeting minutes, and status updates, while ensuring follow-up on deliverables and timelines with stakeholders.
  • Prepare documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Centralize business knowledge, templates, technical documentation, know-how, and improvement initiatives to enhance CORE and DT capabilities.

  • Gain exposure to the Aerospace MRO industry, including Engine Centers, Component Repair, Manufacturing, and Digital Transformation initiatives such as Industry 4.0, process excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, support decision-making, and develop expertise in business communication, problem-solving, prioritization, data governance, quality, and pipeline monitoring.
  • Build skills in project management, including planning, reporting, risk management, requirement gathering, and the end-to-end digital project lifecycle (requirements, testing, deployment) in a dynamic business environment.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Aerospace/Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Software), Business, IT/Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Business Analytics, AI, or Information Security.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL programming, Web/HTML, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, with knowledge of data modeling, data visualization, and UI/UX principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
