Management of Customer-Owned Unserviceable LLPs
Unserviceable LLPs owned by customers are stored in an external warehouse without disposition instructions. Despite multiple reminders, some customers have not responded, leading to storage constraints.
This project aims to establish a process for clearing unserviceable LLPs, optimizing space utilization in the warehouse.

ISP Program Review and Streamlining
The ISP program will become a chargeable item in the next FMP contract renewal.
This project focuses on reviewing and refining the existing ISP process for greater efficiency.
