Shanghai Disney Resort, the first Disney resort in Mainland China, is a place where friends and families can escape together to a whole new world of fantasy, imagination, creativity and adventure. The resort is home to the Shanghai Disneyland theme park, two themed hotels - Shanghai Disneyland Hotel and Toy Story Hotel, Disneytown, a large shopping, dining and entertainment district, a Broadway-style theatre, Wishing Star Park and other outdoor recreation areas. Shanghai Disneyland is a Magic Kingdom-style theme park featuring classic Disney storytelling and characters but with authentic cultural touches and themes tailored specifically for the people of China.

上海迪士尼度假区，华特迪士尼幻想工程上海，诚招创意研发设计实习生，加入我们的设计团队，为主题娱乐环境场所开发和沟通创意概念和内容。在创意总监和设计经理的指导下，根据业务需求，致力于迪士尼高标准的故事讲述创意。将与团队成员合作构思、发展想法，并为各种项目范围和规模提供设计意图。包括餐厅、商品店、剧院、景点排队和酒店空间。该候选人必须在协作环境中与他人良好合作。

Shanghai Disney Resort, Walt Disney Imagineering Shanghai, are recruiting for Creative Design Intern, to join in the team for developing and communicating creative concepts and content for themed entertainment venues. Under the direction of the Creative Director and Design Manger, the intern will work on Disney's high standard of storytelling creative with the needs of the business, collaborate with other team members in conceiving, developing refining ideas and providing design intent for various project scope and scales, including restaurants, merchandise shops, theaters, attraction queue areas and hotel spaces. This candidate must work well with others in a collaborative environment.

主要职责Key Responsibilities

• 帮助协调设计方案与其他专业相配合，确保实现创造原意

<>·<>·Be responsible to provide design documentation in form of Illustrator, Photoshop, photographs, etc.

• Be responsible for ensure creative intent is achieved by successfully integrating design with other disciplines and components of Facility
• Participates in the ideation, presentation and execution of their assignments
• Various work to be performed under close supervision of Art Director and Design Manager

基本要求Required Qualifications

<>·<>·<>·<>·<>·<>·<>·<>·中英文的书写和交流均流利

• Studying for a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Design
• A portfolio of collegiate level or professional design work that demonstrates skills and experience in the design field
• Conceptual skills with the ability to create situational compositions, backgrounds and props
• Working knowledge of diverse design styles and techniques
• Good presentation skills, teamwork and organization skills
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and detail-oriented
• Strong computer skills such as Illustrator, Photo Shop, In Design, Sketch-up and MS Office Suite -  Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiar with 3D and 2D toolsets such as Unreal, Maya, Nuke, Houdini and Adobe After Effects to enhance and create visual media
• Proficiency in writing, reading and speaking Mandarin and English
