Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing IT-related contracts
• Support compliance efforts for FDA, HIPAA, GxP, and licensing agreements
• Help manage and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Conduct legal research on data governance and regulatory frameworks
• Organize and maintain legal documentation and contract databases
• Collaborate with IT and legal teams on cross-functional projects
