Corporate Development team (Corp Dev) at Micron is a lean, but high performing team. We are responsible for making decisions to grow and restructure businesses, establish strategic partnerships, and achieve organizational excellence. The purpose of Corp Dev is to bring value for Micron through actions such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, venture investments (direct and indirect through LP investments), and business transactions that leverage Micron’s platform.

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

• Perform strategic and quantitative analysis

• Participate in due diligence

• Support the development of insights and recommendations for management team

• Develop market landscapes and overview of semiconductor ecosystem

• Evaluate new opportunities aligned with Micron’s strategic objectives

To Be Successful in This Role:

• Strong quantitative skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and good teamwork.

• Excellent attention to details and strong ability to multitask

• You are comfortable working with global teams in a dynamic and fast paced environment

• Have a deep knowledge of MS office and AI productivity tools, including financial modeling, PowerPoint, and CoPilot.
