About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to support the operational and technical management of our third-party services (3PS).

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring the performance of the 3PS provider, ensuring compliance with the preventive maintenance schedule.
• Requesting and controlling spare parts needed for corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Preparing monthly reports on 3PS management.
• Ensuring compliance with the tool calibration process.
• Ensuring the validity and updating of equipment contracts with clients.
• Managing the GSMS platform: opening and closing cases, work orders, and generating reports.

Required qualifications: --- MUST.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Teamwork skills and effective communication with different areas of the company.
• Applicants must be enrolled in a degree program in Electromedicine Engineering or Biomedical Engineering.

Preferred qualifications: --- NICE TO HAVE

• Intermediate English (A2 level).
• Ease of mobility within the Greater Metropolitan Area (San José).
