Join us as an Interim Change Manager to lead strategic cross‑ZEISS change initiatives within the Empowerment with AI program and drive AI adoption and transformation across ZEISS. 

Your Role

• Lead strategic cross ZEISS change management projects within the Empowerment with AI program.

• Translate the ZEISS AI strategy into tangible measures to drive AI adoption (e.g., AI fluency for all, Domain-based training).

• Manage cross functional project teams and align stakeholders across business units.

• Consult and coach other project teams on change management, enabling project leads to integrate actionable change activities into their project plans.

• Manage diverse stakeholder groups and build strong relationships as a trusted advisor for AI-related change.

• Demonstrate and track the impact of change activities with clear KPIs and feedback mechanisms.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience as Change Manager with focus on digital transformation, ideally in AI Transformation.

• Proven track record in leading large projects or programs using agile methodologies.

• Strong drive to create measurable impact through structured change management.

• Very strong communication skills and high empathy for collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups.

• Business fluent German and English.
