Intelligent Automation Engineer

The Intelligent Automation Engineer will design, develop, and support enterprise-grade automations using UiPath and Microsoft automation platforms. This role partners with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient automation solutions across ERP systems, Microsoft 365, and line-of-business application

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automations using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding)
• Build automations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop)
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, and cognitive services where applicable
• Integrate automations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, SAP, and other enterprise systems
• Work with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Transition existing automation processes from UiPath to Microsoft Platform
• Ensure reusability, security, and performance through best practices and frameworks
• Provide post go-live support, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Prepare automation documentation, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with Business stakeholders, global IT, security, and architecture teams

Candidate Requirement:

•  4-6 years of experience in Intelligent Automation or RPA development in UiPath and Microsoft Platforms

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding)
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 integrations and APIs
• Understanding of Copilot, AI Builder, or cognitive/AI-based automation is a strong plus
• Experience integrating automations with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Knowledge of automation frameworks, exception handling, and logging
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs 

Qualification:

• Engineering or bachelor’s degree any Branch (preferred Computer Science /Electronics / Telecommunication branches).
• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA developer
• Microsoft Platform certification is a plus
