REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidates should have complex intellectual property litigation experience in federal courts or the U.S. International Trade Commission. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required. Experience taking and defending depositions also strongly preferred. Candidates must be admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
