REQUIREMENTS

Patent litigation experience is a threshold requirement, and the ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
