Integrations Specialist

Job Purpose  

Provides analytical and project support for Integrated Supply and Implementation processes. 

Responsibilities   

Individual must be able to perform the essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.   

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of customer implementation projects.

• Analyze key customer metrics for improvement opportunities.

• Assist Implementation Team members with completion of Site Assessment reports and analysis.

• Provide monthly progress reports for all key Implementation activities.

• Follow up on project task assignments to ensure that activities are completed on time.

• Monitor performance of project post-implementation.

• Perform other duties and/or projects assigned.

• Take reasonable care for the safety and health of yourself and others.

• Report workplace hazards, injuries, or illness immediately.

Education, Experience, & Ability Requirements 

Any combination of requirements which provide knowledge & abilities necessary to perform: 

• High school diploma plus two-year college degree or High School diploma and 5 years' experience in a business office.

• Strong PC skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Product, and the ability to learn MRC specific software.

• Outstanding verbal/written communication skills and ability to provide high level support.

• Demonstrate excellent customer service.

• 50% travel required. 

Additional Qualifications

• Must have the ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status.

• Must have a current, valid driver’s license and acceptable record at all times.

• Ability to read and speak the English language proficiently in order to communicate with others, understand and interpret safety instructions, and to respond to inquiries.

• Ability to understand and comply with MRC guidelines and expectations, to include Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest guidelines.
