 Join our team as a passionate Integration Project Manager to lead and innovate within our Games Portfolio!

What You'll Do:

Here's an overview of the key responsibilities and skills required for the role of an Integration Project Manager:

  • Yggdrasil is planning to release 20+ games every month; as an integrations project manager you will be responsible to integrate the creators of those games with our platform and deliver those games on production.
  • Responsible for the full life cycle of game delivery form work order, through release to maintenance. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, with the expected quality and timings which were defined.
  • Proactively manage the end-to-end Partner integration process for assigned Partner's accounts.
  • Be the main contact for the assigned Studios. Responsible for integration tasks, internal stakeholder’s coordination and handovers.
  • Responsible for following up on projects, problem solving and chasing responsible parties.
  • Maintain the highest level of responsiveness, and communication with all internal and external stakeholders. We expect all communication to be direct and continuous.
  • Responsible to drive and implement process changes, optimizing the work we do.
  • Proactively give feedback on workflow optimization suggestions for continuous improvements, and execution of the customer and partner onboarding and internal delivery process.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with strategic content partners and carry out regular performance review meetings and document supplier information and capabilities.
  • Cooperate with the certification team, the core games team, Masters partners, Translations providers and the tech wing as needed.
  • Responsible for keeping and updating our internal and external roadmaps, making sure statuses are accurately represented.
  • In case of delays, communicate to all stakeholders the threat of a late release

Who we are looking for

  • Someone with 3 years experience in either project management and/or software development (you need to demonstrate that you are either great at delivering projects or have programming experience and are willing to learn project management).
  • You must be ‘Tech savvy’; the Microsoft suite, vpn, Jira, Slack, Click Up, terminal, confluence…  should all be familiar tools.
  • You need to be good at enforcing roadmaps and prioritizing tasks.
  • You need to be communicative. You will an in-between communicator between our teach team and the studios we work with.
  • Most communication is in English, you need to speak it fluently.
  • In general, we are looking for someone that gets things done.
