Integration & Test Lead/Manager - EADGE-T Tech Refresh

- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end overall I&T strategy for complex system-of-systems.
- Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams, prioritize competing requirements, and drive program execution to meet customer objectives.
- Demonstrated hands‑on systems‑engineering experience covering architecture, requirements allocation, design, integration, test, and the full product lifecycle.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build effective working relationships across functional boundaries.
- Familiarity with export‑control regulations (ITAR/EAR).
- Experience leading teams that generate technical deliverables (requirements documents, ICDs, test plans, validation reports).
- Demonstrated experience crafting a project's overall I&T roadmap based on program milestones and stakeholder needs.
- Experience defining relevant test strategies and approaches to meet project requirements.
- Demonstrated I&T Experience crossing the hardware/software boundary and managing overall test strategy for both domains.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience (Advanced - Degree(s) may be substituted for some years of experience).
- Strong integration skills with hands-on experience integrating large software complex systems.
