OpenBlue OpenBlue: This is How a Space Comes Alive
What will you do:
- Review project inputs, specifications, and capture complete scope and requirements.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, SOPs, and identify equipment related to Control Systems (BMS and third-party integration systems).
- Participate in project kick-off/review meetings; raise technical queries; maintain compliance/deviation and risk logs; and document MOMs.
- Follow standard estimation processes to select optimal hardware, software, equipment, materials, and services for competitive bids.
- Prepare BOM including selection of controllers, field devices, software, network architecture, and cable sizing/length calculations.
- Prepare costing sheets, comparison charts, technical write-ups, block diagrams, and deviation documents.
- Ensure quality deliverables, timely submissions, and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate risks or scope deviations in a timely manner.
- Maintain operational parameters for assigned projects.
- Ensure timesheet compliance.
- Support periodic reporting to stakeholders on project progress.
- Actively participate in organizational initiatives.
What We Look For:
- BE in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Communication.
- Strong knowledge of BMS/Control Systems.
- Expertise in BMS sequence of operations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, OPC, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills, quick learner, and team player.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capability.
- Certifications in PLCs/DDCs preferred.
- Presales exposure in Security or Fire Alarm systems is an added advantage.
