Your Day-to-Day

• Analyze business performance to identify growth opportunities and scale high-impact initiatives.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and growth campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to optimize product offerings, customer acquisition, and conversion.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate growth experiments to drive continuous business improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strategic growth initiatives from planning to execution.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Growth, Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, or related roles.
• Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution and delivering measurable results.
• Experience in performance marketing or growth experimentation is a plus.
