We are presently seeking multiple motivated and detail-oriented Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialists to join our Engineering and ILS team.  In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliability, maintainability, and supportability of our advanced systems. Your contributions will span across multiple disciplines, including Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Configuration Management, Data Management, Obsolescence Management, and Technical Writing.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform LSA activities such as Failure Modes Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA).
  • Conduct Failure Trend Analysis and Root Cause Analysis, recommend corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness over time.
  • Assist in the development of essential plans, including Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Plans, Maintenance Plans, Provisioning Plans, and Sustainment Plans.
  • Collaborate with CM/DM Specialists to perform Configuration Management and Data Management tasks.
  • Review engineering data and engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assess impacts on baseline product designs.
  • Identify configuration items to be tracked against the established configuration baseline, ensuring program requirements are met.
  • Collect, record, process, and maintain data while controlling changes within the Configuration Status Accounting system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Interact with engineering, management, production teams, and customers to address supportability, maintainability, and testability concerns.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support team and project objectives.

Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in a technical discipline such as Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Avionics, or a similar field.
  • A minimum of 5 years in ILS or a related field is highly desirable.
  • A background in reliability or quality is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex systems and solve technical challenges with strong mathematical proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive technical reports.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively, build strong working relationships, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, independent work ethic to drive results and meet project deadlines.
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a criminal background check and obtain/maintain a Government of Canada security clearance and any applicable clearances with respect to the handling and transfer of controlled goods.

This position is eligible for consideration of a hybrid work arrangement with set onsite days.
