Instructional Systems Design Lead

Overview

Illuminate is looking for a successful candidate for an Instructional Systems Design Lead

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with government staff and subject matter experts to identify and analyze training requirements to support instructional planning and instructional systems design of training requirements across the organization
• Leads instructional systems design projects across the entire lifecycle
• Evaluates and oversees ISDs and their products to develop, update, and/or administer training programs
• Leads development of instructor-led and e-learning programs to support offices across customer
• Provides general support to Directorates, Offices, and Centers with robust training requirements

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS and 15+ years of experience or a Masters and 10+ years of experience
• Experience with curriculum design, both web-based and traditional instructor-led training
• Needs familiarity with Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Articulate 360
• Experience using the ADDIE Model
• TS/SCI with Polygraph Required
