Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed course content for bitcoin mining farm build-out and operation courses.
• Design engaging instructional materials for bitcoin miner certification courses.
• Select and implement effective course delivery methods for bitcoin mining certification courses.
• Ensure that all bitcoin miner certification courses comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of bitcoin miner certification courses, gathering feedback and making necessary revisions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure course content is accurate and up-to-date.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements to continually improve course offerings.

Key Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field is required.
• At least two years of experience developing curriculum for adult learners is required.
• Experience in the field of bitcoin mining is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory is required.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and multimedia tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
