The Institutional Equity Division (IED) is a global leader in the origination, distribution and trading of equity, equity-linked and equity-derivative securities.

Role Responsibilities:
- Assistant to the Equity team
- Conception, preparation and organization of events, roadshows, seminars 
- Customer support at top management level 
- Processing expense reports
- Manage itineraries, arrange all travel and all logistics 
- Extensive diary management, meeting set up, conference calls etc.
- Arrange all meeting logistics, internal and external
- Reservation of meeting rooms, cabs, parking, restaurants, lunches, etc.
- Processing incoming, outgoing mails, arrange courier services
- Creation of presentations 
- Ordering and management of office supplies 
- Smaller project work in the area of sales and sales/trading 
- Cooperation with the marketing department in London 
- Business correspondence in German and English
- Maintenance of databases 
 

Skills required:

- Must be fluent in English/French
- This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and execute multiple tasks
- The ideal candidate will be highly organized and willing to adapt to changing needs
- PC  proficiency in Microsoft Office 
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience 
- Stress-resistant  
- Resilience 
- Strong Personality & Self-Confident 
- High self-initiative and independence 
- Ability to work in a team & flexibility 
- Good communication skills 
- Excellent organisation skills/detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize and reprioritize throughout the day and use good judgement /own initiative
