Job Description
The core job responsibilities as below:
- Conduct pre-shipment inspection by preparing the inspection procedure and documents according to Medline request and schedule, inspect products and conclude inspection result, submit inspection report, and share with relevant person in time.
- Provide clear and detailed information and evidence to corporate div QA and stakeholders for lot rejection/questions within same day of inspection.
- Identify risks related to quality discrepancies and provide suggestions to supervisor or manager in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide constructive suggestion or bring the error of the procedure/products to divisional QA/PM to optimize the inspection process and improve the efficiency.
- Follow company policy and requirement to complete the related documents such as expense, performance review etc. in timely manner.
- Be flexible to accept the work arrangement change when needed.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager in timely manner.
- Frequent travel required.
