Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative – Bearing and Power Transmission include, but are not limited to:

• Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
• Processing customer phone and e-mail orders
• Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
• Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
• Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
• Assisting with warehouse duties when needed.

Qualifications of the Inside Sales Representative – Bearing and Power Transmission include, but are not limited to:

• 1+ year (s) of experience in electrical, hydraulics, pumps, bearings and power transmission, MRO, cutting tools and /or safety products preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills
• Should be attentive and possess a high drive to learn new product lines
• Prior inside sales/customer service experience preferred
• Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required
• Regular in-person attendance required
   

Additional Information:
 

Physical Demand: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Working Conditions: Office and Warehouse Environment

Training/Certifications: Microsoft, Epicor Profit 21, Industrial Power Transmission Training Preferred

Shift Time/Overtime: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., overtime as necessary

Travel: N/A

Education: High School Diploma or GED Required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
