Responsibilities of Inside Sales CSR include, but are not limited to:

• Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
• Processing customer phone orders
• Technical application of pump products represented
• Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
• Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
• Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
• Submitting customer invoices online

Qualifications of the Inside Sales CSR include, but are not limited to:

• 2 years of Industrial Distribution experience preferred
• Rotating equipment experience a plus
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Experience with ERP software such as SAP or P21 is valuable
• Excellent communication skills
• Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently
• Must have experience performing a majority of the functions
• Prior inside sales/customer service experience
• Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required
• M-F in-person attendance required

Physical Demand: Lift up to 25lbs

Working Conditions: Office and shop environment

Training/Certifications: N/A

Shift Time/Overtime: Normal in-person business hours Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Travel: For training only

Education: High School Diploma. College Accounting or Business courses preferred but not required for experienced candidate.
