Inside Sales Lighting Specialist

Our client is a well-established manufacturer's representative firm specializing in electrical and lighting solutions across the Southwest. They partner with leading manufacturers and work closely with distributors, contractors, engineers, and end users to drive product specification, sales, and customer support. They're known for their strong industry relationships, technical expertise, and long-standing reputation in the market.

Customer Support

• Serve as the primary contact for lighting-related customer inquiries.

• Provide timely support on product selection, pricing, availability, lead times, and order status.

• Build strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and the our clients sales team.

Quotations & Lighting Take-Offs

• Prepare accurate lighting quotations.

• Perform lighting take-offs from plans and specifications.

• Coordinate project pricing and registrations.

• Follow up on quotations and support project opportunities.

Project & Order Management

• Manage lighting projects from quotation through final shipment.

• Process customer purchase orders and manufacturer orders.

• Monitor order status, communicate updates, and resolve issues.

• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Sales Support

• Partner with outside sales representatives to support customer projects.

• Provide technical product support and manufacturer coordination.

• Maintain accurate project and customer information in Salesforce.

Product Knowledge

• Develop expertise in assigned lighting manufacturers and products.

• Participate in ongoing manufacturer training and stay current on industry trends.

Key Deliverables

• Excellent customer service and responsiveness.

• Successful management of lighting projects from quote to completion.

• Timely and accurate order processing.

• Strong customer and manufacturer relationships.

• Accurate Salesforce and project documentation.

• Accurate lighting take-offs and quotations.

Compensation (from employer):
70000 – 100000 USD (YEARLY)
