We're seeking a passionate, full-time Interaction Designer who excels at crafting intuitive, delightful

digital experiences. From polished UI to seamless micro-interactions, you’ll bring our interfaces to life

across mobile and web platforms.

If you believe the little details — like how a button animates on tap or how a transition guides the

user’s attention — make a big difference, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

● Design intuitive user interfaces and interaction flows for web and mobile apps

● Create high-fidelity prototypes with motion and micro-interactions

● Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers for smooth handoffs

● Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on user insights

● Contribute to design systems, motion guidelines, and interaction libraries

● Stay updated on UI/UX and motion design trends; introduce innovative ideas

What We’re Looking For

● Strong foundation in interaction design, motion principles, and micro-interactions

● Proficiency with Figma, After Effects, Lottie, Photoshop, and Illustrator

● Excellent UI design skills — layout, typography, color, and accessibility

● Experience designing for both mobile (iOS/Android) and responsive web

● Effective communicator with strong design presentation skills

● Detail-oriented, analytical, and user-focused

● Experience working with design systems or building motion/interaction libraries

● (Optional) Familiarity with 3D tools, AI-assisted design tools

Qualifications

● Background in Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or HCI — degree optional

● Hands-on product design experience or a portfolio that demonstrates strong UI and

interaction work
