INSHORT - (Motion Designer)

Position: Motion designer

We’re looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our team and help create engaging, high-impact motion designs. The candidate should be proficient in reading, writing and speaking English/Hindi.

Responsibilities

● Taking design briefs to understand requirements

● Create motion snippets to be used for various purposes like in-app showcasing, ads for user acquisition.

● Design high-quality creatives with great attention to detail and in line with the brand

guidelines

● Manage timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery of assigned tasks

● Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design.

Skills/Qualification

● In-depth knowledge of typography, colour, space, iconography, patterns, layouts, visual hierarchy and imagery

● Working knowledge of Adobe After effects (must), Photoshop (must), Illustrator (plus), Blender or any other tool of the same category (plus)

● Well versed in the required tools to work with a wide range of design styles

● Self-learner, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment

● Deadline-oriented and efficient in managing multiple tasks at a time

● Strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the graphic design field.
