We are looking for a detail-oriented Innovation Project Coordinator to manage resources and facilitate the successful execution of internal and external development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external R&D development projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation
• Monitor and track relevant R&D funding calls and opportunities
• Liaise with internal product managers to gather innovation needs and support initiative proposals
• Prepare and compile proposals for relevant administrations
• Coordinate project activities and facilitate internal resource allocation
• Manage relationships with external partners, coordinate task distribution, and track project progress
• Support performance evaluation of internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in and facilitate internal, external, and international meetings

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Organization Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree in Project Management is a plus

Languages:

• Fluent English (essential)

• Availability and willingness to travel
