What You’ll Drive

Administrative & Operational

• Logistics & Procurement: Ability to source specialized parts (filaments, boards, hardware) and maintain relationships with technical vendors.
• Facility Management: Responsible for the upkeep and scheduling of the Innovation Space to prevent over-crowding and ensure equipment downtime is minimized.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Strong communication skills to liaise between the Innovation Dept and other academic faculties for cross-curricular projects.

Instructional Support

• Classroom Management: Must be capable of stepping in as a Substitute Teacher, delivering pre-planned innovation lessons with confidence.
• Technical Basics: While not a master maker, the coordinator should know how to perform basic resets on 3D printers and assist students with simple hardware troubleshooting.
• May be assigned to teach some classes

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in an administrative or assistant role, preferably within an educational or 'maker' environment.
• High proficiency in general software/spreadsheet (Google Workspace/Excel).
