Innovation Consultant (Saudi Arabia)

We are looking for an experienced Innovation Consultant to help drive innovation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will facilitate design thinking workshops, identify business opportunities, and work with cross-functional teams to develop innovative digital solutions and proof-of-concepts (POCs).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead innovation and ideation workshops using design thinking methodologies.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify innovation opportunities.
• Develop and validate digital proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and support creative problem-solving.
• Research market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business challenges into innovative solutions.
• Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Innovation Management, Design Thinking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in innovation consulting, design thinking, digital transformation, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and innovation frameworks.
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing innovation projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
