Ingeniero en Mantenimiento de Maquinas (Onsite)

What You Will Do: 

• Applies specialized knowledge and skills in maintenance engineering.  

• Responsible for implementing inspection and maintenance processes to ensure optimal performance condition of sophisticated machinery and processing equipment.  

• Involves introduction and application of new developments and repair techniques in maintenance engineering.  

• Repair, adjust, and maintain production equipment, machinery, or instruments to ensure that it functions reliably and complies with process specifications.  

• Respond to emergencies, break-downs, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes.  

• Implement an established maintenance program and maintain detailed maintenance records so that recurring problems with machinery, equipment, or parts can be identified and addressed.  

• Set, calibrate, or adjust equipment, machinery, and instruments so that it complies with production specifications or instructions.  

• Maintain tools and repair equipment in good working order. 

Qualifications You Must Have: 

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.  

• 3 years of equipment maintenance experience in the electronics maquiladora industry.  

• Advanced English proficiency required.  

• Experience in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of CNC machinery, automated equipment, and/or production systems.  

• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing equipment (e.g., CNC machines, selective soldering machines, washers, and conformal coating machines).  

• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical diagrams.  

• Knowledge of control systems (PLC, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar).  

• Experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA).  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). 

Qualifications We Prefer: 

• Experience in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and PM (Preventive Maintenance).  

• Industrial maintenance or automation certifications preferred.  

• Experience with maintenance management systems.
