Resumen del puesto:

Brindar soporte al Equipo de Ventas B2B para la colocación de productos y servicios CORE, así como también Ingeniería de Preventa de Soluciones TIC, Servicios Administrados de Telecomunicaciones, Seguridad y Cloud garantizando la debida implementación y entrega de dichos Proyectos

Funciones principales:

• Brindar soporte al equipo de Ventas B2B

• Elaborar y diseñar propuestas técnico-económicas de Soluciones de Telecomunicaciones (Voz, Datos, Video) para clientes B2B.

• Elaborar ofertas económicas de Proyectos Técnicos de Equipamiento de Redes WAN, LAN, WLAN, Telefonía, Data Centers, Seguridad.

• Elaborar y diseñar de propuestas técnico-económicas de Servicios en la Nube y servicios administrados.

• Coordinar la Configuración, parametrización y puesta en Producción de Soluciones de Equipamiento activo de redes de voz, datos y video según sea el alcance de la solución contratada por el cliente.

• Gestionar las compras de equipamiento adquirido por el cliente

• Gestionar la Implementación de Proyectos contratados por clientes B2B.

• Gestionar la Importación e Internación de equipamientos en conjunto con el área logística.

• Coordinar el soporte y aseguramiento de O&M del equipamiento o servicios vendidos.

• Kick-Off Meeting de proyectos con clientes y equipos internos

• Entregar reporte semanal de Proyectos y Visitas.

• Cooperación directa y trabajo de equipo con ejecutivos de ventas en los proyectos, tareas, asignaciones individuales y/o combinadas con las áreas de apoyo (Departamentos de Finanzas, Facturación, Activaciones, Cobranza, Servicio técnico, redes, etc.)

• PREPARACIÓN ACADÉMICA

  Titulado, Egresado de las Carreras Ingeniero en Sistemas, Computación, Electrónico, Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines.

  Idioma Inglés a nivel técnico como mínimo (preferible avanzado)

• Certificaciones de la industria (CCNA, NS4, FCA, Entre Otras)

EXPERIENCIA LABORAL

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años, en el área de telecomunicaciones, realizando diseños, desarrollo, implementación y ejecución de proyectos de preferencia en las áreas de Comunicaciones Unificadas, Redes de Datos (LAN, WLAN, WAN). Soporte post-venta remoto o en sitio.
