- 7+ years’ experience managing both people and processes
- Demonstrated tangible success managing infrastructure-based projects
- Managing multiple concurrent initiatives in various spaces (networking, security, business, etc.)
- Great comm skills, self-driven, go-getter
- Pharma / Life Sciences industry experience a plus
- O365 / Cloud exposure a plus
- Networking / Cisco / Avaya knowledge a plus
