Infrastructure Engineer (Nutanix) -(CT-FNC240912 019/01)

Roles and Responsibilities

·       Supporting and maintaining the organization’s on-premise and cloud infrastructure.

·       Performing routine tasks such as monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with installations and configurations.

·       Providing technical support to end-users.

·       Documenting processes, Knowledge Base creation and maintaining records.

·       Designing, building, and maintaining complex IT infrastructure.

·       Managing and optimizing network systems, servers, and cloud services.

·       Implementing security measures and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

·       Leading projects related to infrastructure patching, upgrades and migrations.

·       Collaborating with other IT professionals to develop and implement IT projects.

·       Part of a team supporting Normal Biz Hour with occasional After Office Hour and Weekend/PH work.

Requirements

·       Nutanix Foundation (or other Virtualization), Nutanix Certified Professional

·       OS Windows Server 2016 and above (Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate)

·       OS Linux experience (RHEL, SUSE, etc)

·       IaaS Cloud AWS (AWS Cloud Practitioner Foundational)

·       Automation tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform)

·       Advanced knowledge of IT systems, networking, and cloud technologies.

·       Strong analytical and project management skills.

·       Basic Network knowledge (e.g. NTP, SCMP, IP-subnet, etc)

·       3 to 5 years of related work experience

·       Work on-site (Jurong)
