Summary:
As an Infrastructure Engineer, a typical day involves constructing, setting up, and validating data center and artificial intelligence infrastructure that spans compute, storage, networking, and platform components. This role requires transforming architectural blueprints into robust, scalable, and secure production systems. The work includes ensuring high performance and reliability through effective implementation and automation, collaborating with various teams to maintain seamless infrastructure operations and support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of infrastructure components to ensure optimal system availability and performance.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster continuous learning and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align infrastructure capabilities with evolving business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Experience in managing compute, storage, and networking infrastructure within data center environments.
- Strong understanding of automation tools and scripting to streamline infrastructure deployment and management.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements related to infrastructure services.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with platform layer technologies and their integration within enterprise environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
