Infrastructure Director - (EOI)

JASARA PMC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the role of Infrastructure Director - Mixed Use. This senior position requires a seasoned professional with at least 15 years of experience to lead and oversee infrastructure projects across mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives, ensuring integration across multiple project components.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure for mixed-use projects.
• Develop and execute strategic infrastructure plans aligned with overall project goals.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure projects.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to project teams and junior staff.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in infrastructure development.
• Engage with government agencies, contractors, and community stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in infrastructure development, specifically in mixed-use projects.
• Proven leadership experience managing large-scale, complex infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure design, construction, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in infrastructure projects.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PE, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
