Locally owned, we reflect the communities we serve, and we celebrate our people, our taonga, every day for being uniquely them. Thousands of customers rely on us daily, and behind the scenes our Infrastructure and Engineering teams help keep our critical facilities, systems and projects running smoothly so our stores, distribution centres and support offices can continue delivering for our communities.

Te Tūranga – About the role

As our Infrastructure & Projects Administrator, you'll provide critical administrative, procurement and financial support to the Infrastructure team, helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently, costs are accurately tracked, and suppliers are supported throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with Project Managers, Finance, Engineering and external vendors, you'll play a key role in keeping our infrastructure projects organised and running smoothly.

You'll also:

  • Maintain accurate procurement, project and financial records while tracking budgets, commitments and spend.
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding and vendor set-up processes to enable efficient procurement and payment.
  • Prepare and maintain SAP reports, project tracking information and financial administration documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve queries and support project delivery.

  • Onsite café with subsidised meals, mini mart, and 5% discount at our retail stores.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days per week in this role, birthday leave and long service leave.
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities, social network groups (our Tribes) and wellbeing initiatives.

He kōrero mōu – About you

You'll be an organised and detail-focused administrator who enjoys working across procurement, finance and project support activities. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, be comfortable managing multiple priorities and have a passion for accuracy and continuous improvement.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with experience working in SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and with vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience within a supply chain, logistics, infrastructure, construction or engineering environment would be highly advantageous.

We're interested in your diverse experiences, your strengths and how adaptable you are to learn and grow. If you don't meet every requirement, but feel this role could be for you, we'd still love to hear from you!
