Job Description:

THE POSITION

Cultura Technologies is seeking an Infrastructure Administrator to join our Internal IT team. This role plays an important part in supporting and maintaining the technology infrastructure that enables our teams and businesses to operate effectively. The Infrastructure Administrator will support networking, servers, virtualization, storage, monitoring, security tools, and infrastructure-related helpdesk escalations.

This is a remote-first position; however, candidates must reside in the Atlanta metro area to support occasional onsite hardware needs in Alpharetta, GA. Occasional U.S. travel, helpdesk coverage, and participation in an on-call rotation are required.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of hands-on infrastructure experience across networking, servers, virtualization, storage, and monitoring.
  • Working knowledge of firewalls, switches, wireless infrastructure, VPNs, DNS/DHCP, and common network protocols.
  • Experience with hypervisors, SAN/storage, backup tools, and server hardware/software deployment.
  • Experience administering and maintaining cloud infrastructure, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Exposure to security platforms and processes, including IAM, SIEM, EDR, and TLS/SSL certificates.
  • Ability to implement and maintain infrastructure security best practices, including patch management, access controls, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Ability to document infrastructure configurations, processes, procedures, and support information clearly and accurately.
  • Experience using IT ticketing systems and supporting infrastructure-related helpdesk escalations.
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and travel occasionally for onsite infrastructure work.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LAN/WAN technologies and QoS.
  • Experience with Cisco UCS.
  • Relevant industry certifications, such as CCNA, MCSE, VMware, security, or similar credentials.
  • Experience with security reporting or infrastructure compliance support.

We recognize that no candidate may meet every qualification. If your experience aligns with most of the qualifications listed, we encourage you to apply.
