Your Role at Vertice

• Play a key role in protecting our cloud infrastructure on AWS, GitHub, and Google Workspace.
• Handle the day-to-day security of our internal and customer-facing services, from troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identifying and mitigating risks
• Help us improve and manage our audit processes, incident detection and response, secure development lifecycle, and data loss prevention strategies
• Be crucial in making sure our systems and data are secure, compliant, and certified.
• Wear many hats in our fast-paced, early-stage environment. This means you'll be involved in everything from creating essential documentation to diving deep into complex technical issues

What We Expect From You

• You're experienced and can work independently
• You have a strong grasp of security systems like firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection, as well as networking technologies and web security.
• You have a solid understanding of security protocols, principles, and best practices and can help us maintain a robust security posture.
• You love a good challenge and can apply your critical thinking skills to solve complex problems and build innovative solutions.
• You are based in Brno.
