• Lead and oversee our infection prevention and control program.

• Monitor, track, and report infection trends while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Educate and train staff on best practices for infection prevention and control.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.

• Serve as a resource and role model for infection control practices across the facility.

👩‍⚕️ Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed LVN or RN in the state of California.

• Strong knowledge of infection control practices and healthcare regulations.

• Excellent communication and teaching skills.

• A proactive, detail-oriented professional passionate about resident safety and quality care.
