This position requires collaboration and solution delivery to enhance citizen engagement and implement digital governance, leveraging a client-facing approach. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Public Service Improvement: Work with government agencies to improve public services, focusing on effective solutions and collaboration. • Digital Governance Implementation: Implement digital governance initiatives to enhance citizen engagement, ensuring successful solution delivery and adoption. • Citizen Engagement Enhancement: Collaborate with government agencies to enhance citizen engagement, driving positive outcomes through improved public services and digital governance.
