Apply to this jobWe are looking for experienced professionals to join as Industry Career Coaches to guide and inspire students exploring their future academic and career paths.
In this role, you will conduct 1:1 online coaching sessions with students to help them better understand different industries, including but not limited to Finance, Engineering, Consulting, Medicine, Construction, Technology, Media, and Content Creation. Your goal will be to share real industry insights, provide guidance on career pathways, and help students make informed decisions about the major they should pursue.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online coaching sessions with students (1:1 format)
- Share insights about your industry, career path, and day-to-day realities
- Guide students in understanding academic and career options
- Help motivate and encourage students toward suitable study paths
- Provide structured, honest, and engaging career advice
- Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in your field
- Background in education, coaching, mentoring, or training (preferred or demonstrated experience)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Arabic is a plus
- Passion for mentoring and guiding younger generations
