About the Role

As an IPM, you will lead cross-functional project teams to successfully introduce new programs into production based on the MMGList. You will be responsible for managing project budgets, timelines, and resources, while coordinating with product development to ensure quality and cost-effective solutions during prototype phases. Your role includes overseeing equipment procurement, ensuring smooth production handovers, and maintaining close communication with customers. Additionally, you will support the entire product lifecycle, addressing capacity changes and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Leading a multifunctional project team during the production ramp-up of new programs based on the MMGList.

  • Planning and managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.

  • Defining and clarifying the workflows required for successful project execution.

  • Initiating, analyzing, and controlling corrective actions to achieve project goals.

  • Collaborating with product development during prototype and trial productions to ensure high quality and cost efficiency.

  • Ensuring a smooth handover process to production.

  • Procuring the necessary process and test equipment during the project.

  • Maintaining close customer contact regarding key project milestones.

  • Preparing clear and structured reports for management and customers.

  • Supporting the full product lifecycle (life cycle management), particularly in terms of capacity changes and methodology within the project scope.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering

  • 2–3 years of experience in an engineering role

  • Fluent English language skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Project management knowledge

  • Familiarity with FMEA and VDA standards
