Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a leading manufacturing facility. This direct-hire opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong electrical or electronics background and hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will be committed to minimizing downtime, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting efficient production operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose equipment issues using electrical and mechanical schematics
• Maintain and repair PLC-controlled and automated production equipment
• Support robotics and automation systems to ensure maximum equipment uptime
• Install, test, and maintain industrial electrical components and controls
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and perform corrective repairs
• Document maintenance activities and completed repairs
• Follow all safety policies and company procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong electrical and/or electronics background required
• Experience troubleshooting industrial production equipment
• Knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, robotics, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
