- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, or a closely‑related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3 + years of experience applying industrial engineering tools in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands‑on experience with CAD software for manufacturing system design (AutoCAD, MicroStation, SolidWorks, or comparable)
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret clearance
