• Conduct Time and Motion Studies to obtain standards
• Document the Department Process and Standards Manual
• Checking of Production Efficiency and Productivity
• Prepare Department KPI Report
• Updating of BOM/Standards (manual and in Nav)

• Assist the PPIC head on preparing/monitoring KPI
• Review reports prepared by line leaders and modify schedule, or shifts/increase resources, in order to reach target completion dates
• Perform all tasks necessary to support the team
• Ensure compliance to Quality Management System in Production

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering
• Must have above average computer skills
• With experience in manufacturing operations and production planning is an advantage
