Income Maintenance Caseworker III - Food and Nutrition Services Program Specialist

<p>The <strong>Income Maintenance Caseworker III (IMC III) – Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) Program Specialist&nbsp;</strong>is a vital member of the FNS team, responsible for ensuring the agency consistently meets quality and timeliness standards across both program areas. This position completes second-party case reviews, manages reports, performs limited caseworker functions, identifies error trends, and assists with staff training to support overall program accuracy. In addition, the IMC III troubleshoots issues, refers appropriate cases to the help desk, and maintains the help desk log. Other responsibilities include compiling and entering data into NC FAST and providing support for vacant caseloads as needed.&nbsp;</p><p>Candidates must be available to work after normal business hours and during emergency situations as required.</p><ul><li>Graduation from an accredited associate degree program in Human Services Technology, Social Services Associated, Paralegal Technology, Business Administration, Secretarial, or a closely related curriculum; or&nbsp;</li><li>Graduation from high school and two years of paraprofessional, clerical, or other public contact , which included negotiating, interviewing, explaining information, gathering and compiling of data, analysis of data and/or performance of mathematical program; or&nbsp;</li><li>An equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. &nbsp;</li></ul><p>One (1) year experience as Income Maintenance Caseworker II <span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0">required.</span></p><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0">Must be physically able to operate a variety of office equipment. &nbsp;Must be able to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pound of force frequently, or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.&nbsp;</span><br><br><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0">Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</span><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0">&nbsp;</span><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0">&nbsp;</span><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0">&nbsp;</span><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0">&nbsp;</span>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;
